භාණ්ඩ ආපසු එවීම (Returns)

Product Returns

ඔබ මිලදී ගත් භාණ්ඩයක යම් දෝෂයක් පවතී නම්, ලැබී දින 7ක් ඇතුළත ආපසු එවිය හැකිය. ඒ සඳහා:

If there is a defect in a product you purchased, it can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Requirements:

භාණ්ඩය භාවිතා කර නොතිබිය යුතුය.
The product must be unused.
මුල් ඇසුරුම (Original Packaging) සහ සියලු උපාංග තිබිය යුතුය.
Must have original packaging and all accessories.
මිල පත්‍රිකා සහ ලේබල් අලවා තිබිය යුතුය.
Price tags and labels must be intact.

මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම (Refunds)

Money Refunds

WebXPay හරහා සිදු කළ ගෙවීම්, පරීක්ෂා කිරීමෙන් පසු දින 3-5ක් ඇතුළත ඔබගේ බැංකු ගිණුමට හෝ මුල් ගෙවීම් ක්‍රමයටම බැර කරනු ලැබේ.

Payments made through WebXPay will be credited back to your bank account or original payment method within 3-5 days after inspection.

Koko / Mintpay පාරිභෝගිකයින් සඳහා: ඔබ Koko හෝ Mintpay හරහා වාරික වශයෙන් ගෙවා ඇත්නම්, මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම එම ආයතනය හරහාම සිදු කරනු ලැබේ. For Koko / Mintpay Customers: If paid via installments, the refund will be processed directly through those institutions.

Product Exchanges

භාණ්ඩයේ ප්‍රමාණය (Size) හෝ වර්ණය වෙනස් කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය නම්, තොග පවතින්නේ නම් පමණක් මාරු කර දෙනු ලැබේ. නැව්ගත කිරීමේ ගාස්තු පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් දැරිය යුතුය.

Exchanges for size or color are only available if stock permits. Shipping fees must be borne by the customer.
