01. පාරිභෝගික කොන්දේසි (User Terms)

අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවිය හරහා ඇණවුම් කරන ඕනෑම භාණ්ඩයක් සඳහා නිවැරදි තොරතුරු (නම, ලිපිනය, දුරකථන අංකය) ලබා දිය යුතුය.
Correct name, address, and phone number must be provided for orders placed.
භාණ්ඩය ලැබුණු පසු පරීක්ෂා කර බැලිය යුතු අතර, දෝෂයක් ඇත්නම් වහාම දැනුම් දිය යුතුය.
Goods must be inspected upon receipt; any defects must be reported immediately.
ඇණවුමක් අවලංගු කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය නම් එය නැව්ගත කිරීමට (Shipping) පෙර සිදු කළ යුතුය.
Cancellations must be done before the order is shipped.

වගකීම් කාලයක් (Warranty period) සහිතව ලබාදුන් භාණ්ඩයක් සඳහා සේවාවන් ලබා ගැනීමට නම් පහත දෑ අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය:

To claim services for products with a warranty period, the following must be submitted:

අප ආයතනයෙන් නිකුත් කළ මුල් බිල්පත (Original Bill).
Original bill issued by our institution.
භාණ්ඩය සමඟ ලැබුණු වගකීම් සහතිකය (Original Warranty Card).
Original warranty card received with the product.

Affiliate සාමාජිකයන්ගේ වගකීම්:

Responsibilities of Affiliate Members:

කිසිම විටක අසත්‍ය තොරතුරු ලබා දී භාණ්ඩ ප්‍රවර්ධනය නොකළ යුතුය.
Products should never be promoted using false information.
කොමිස් මුදල් (Commission) ගෙවනු ලබන්නේ අදාළ ඇණවුම සාර්ථකව අවසන් වී දින 7ක පරීක්ෂණ කාලසීමාවෙන් පසුවය.
Commission is paid after a 7-day inspection period following successful completion.
එකම පුද්ගලයා විවිධ ගිණුම් භාවිතා කරමින් තමන්ගේම ලින්ක් එකෙන් භාණ්ඩ මිලදී ගැනීම (Self-purchasing) තහනම් වේ.
Self-purchasing using your own affiliate link is strictly prohibited.
Affiliate ගිණුමේ ශේෂය රු. 500 ඉක්මවූ පසු මුදල් ලබා ගැනීමට (Withdrawal) ඉල්ලුම් කළ හැකිය.
Withdrawals can be requested once the balance exceeds Rs. 500.

අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවියේ සියලුම Card ගෙවීම් WebXPay ආරක්ෂිත පද්ධතිය හරහා සිදු කෙරේ. ඔබ Koko හෝ Mintpay භාවිතා කරන්නේ නම්, එම ආයතනවල වාරික ගෙවීමේ නීතිරීතිවලට ඔබ එකඟ විය යුතුය.

All card payments are processed via WebXPay. By using Koko or Mintpay, you agree to their installment terms.

වංචනික ක්‍රියාවක නිරත වන පරිශීලකයින්ගේ ගිණුම් දැනුම් දීමකින් තොරව අත්හිටුවීමට අපට හැකියාව ඇත.

Accounts engaging in fraudulent activities will be suspended without prior notice.

We do not store your card details. All transactions are secured.
